Home Care Staffing Coordinator
Always Best Care of Greater Lexington is a provider of non‑medical in‑home care to seniors in the community. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator creates client schedules, assigns Care Team Members to schedules, coordinates schedule changes due to employee time‑off requests and emergencies, and maintains communication regarding changes with Clients, Care Team Members, and Office Staff. The Coordinator also works together with other office functions to ensure all aspects of the business run smoothly, cross‑training and supporting other office team members daily. On‑call some weeknights and weekends on a rotating basis is required. This is an in‑person position located in Lexington, KY.
Pay Range Base pay range:
$19.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Responsibilities
Create client schedules and assign Care Team Members to them.
Coordinate schedule changes caused by employee time‑off requests and emergencies.
Maintain constant communication regarding schedule changes with Clients, Care Team Members, and Office Staff.
Collaborate with other office functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide cross‑training and support to other office team members on a daily basis.
Participate in on‑call rotations for some weeknights and weekends.
Qualifications
Have a can‑do, proactive, energetic personality.
Enjoy meeting new people and talking on the phone.
Be dedicated to excellence in customer service for both Clients and Care Team Members.
Have excellent computer skills and a positive attitude toward technology use.
Experience caring for seniors in some capacity is a plus.
Enjoy solving complex puzzles.
Requirements
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Speak and write English fluently.
Have an associate’s degree or higher in a health or health‑business related field.
Have at least two excellent business references.
Must have a working, reliable vehicle, a current (full) driver’s license, and car insurance.
