Managing Director (and Hiring Manager for each role) Description
Allied Talent Partners (ATP), a Three Cairns Group initiative, is a mission‑driven, not‑for‑profit talent marketplace focused on solving the human capital bottlenecks slowing down sustainable development efforts in emerging economies, with an initial focus on Africa. ATP connects vetted, experienced, context‑relevant professionals to high‑impact opportunities in energy access and sustainable development—strengthening local capacity and fuelling economic vitality. We specialise in fixed‑term, deliverable‑driven engagements—from interim leadership and generalist projects to niche technical expertise—handling project scoping, talent vetting and matching, contracting, payroll, and compliance so that our clients can focus on impact. As our work continues to scale, a short‑term contractor is required to support a professional services talent advisory firm with its Q1 2026 hiring cycle. The organisation is recruiting four full‑time roles (strategy, talent acquisition, business development, project delivery) and one part‑time role (administration) and seeks outsourced support to drive candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlist creation. The client will supply job descriptions, initial sourcing leads, and will post roles on LinkedIn; the contractor will manage the broader sourcing, assessment, and shortlisting process to deliver qualified candidate slates for each role. Define project milestones and statement of work
Detailed project work plan and identification of key milestones Note – this is a pre‑project deliverable and must be presented for project consideration Sourcing & Pipeline Creation
Provide additional sourcing options beyond LinkedIn (databases, networks, platforms, referrals, and tech‑enabled tools). Develop longlists for each of the five roles. Screening & Assessment
Conduct initial screening of all applicants from LinkedIn and additional sources. Manage a standardised case or assessment submission for shortlisted candidates. Apply structured evaluation criteria aligned with client‑provided job descriptions. Shortlisting
Deliver ~5 high‑quality, fully screened candidates per role. Present shortlists with candidate summaries, CVs, and assessment outcomes. Process Management
Maintain clear documentation, pipeline tracking, and weekly updates to the client. Collaborate with the client to refine sourcing strategy if required. Experience Required
Proven experience in end‑to‑end sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for multiple roles simultaneously. Prior exposure to hiring across corporate functions (strategy, talent acquisition, business development, project delivery, administration). Knowledge and exposure to AI recruitment tools and assessments a plus Technical Requirements
Ability to leverage sourcing technologies and tools (ATS, AI‑enabled sourcing platforms, Boolean search, etc.). Strong competency in structured assessment methodologies. Soft Skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders concurrently. Professional judgment in candidate assessment and presentation. Ability to work independently under tight timelines. Secure data handling and candidate confidentiality. Reporting and documentation aligned with client expectations. Remote Location
Remote, CET time zone friendly Travel Requirements
None Required Start Date
2nd week January 2026 Contracting Period
