The Role:
As an Overnight Filtration Specialist, you will service commercial kitchens (restaurants, hotels, etc.) by providing our proprietary on-site fryer management service. You will primarily be responsible for:
Oil Filtration:
Operating our Mobile Filtration Unit to micro-filter and extend the life of cooking oil.
Fryer Cleaning:
Thoroughly and safely cleaning deep fryers.
Oil Management:
Safe handling and disposal of used cooking oil.
Safety:
Strict adherence to all kitchen and equipment safety protocols.
Requirements (Must Have):
Valid Driver's License (clean record for 3+ years).
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
