We are seeking an experienced and driven
Audit Manager
to join a growing team within a highly collaborative and people-focused public accounting environment. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a client-facing setting, enjoys leading engagements, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong audit leadership, sound technical expertise, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial audit engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
Supervise, train, and mentor seniors and staff; provide clear coaching and performance feedback.
Review audit workpapers and financial statements to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations to clients.
Coordinate engagement timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
Partner with leadership on process improvement and practice growth initiatives.
Support business development efforts through client service excellence and relationship building.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Active CPA license required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Audit Manager preferred.
Strong commercial audit background preferred.
Experience leading engagements and managing teams in public accounting.
