Responsibilities Financial analysis, establishing performance management baselines and forecasting activities including variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment, and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions to consolidate data for actionable solutions. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results and monthly, quarterly and year‑end reporting to internal and external customers, including government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward‑looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Provides actionable recommendations to Control Account Managers and key stakeholders for sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external policy, procedure and controls for compliance. Provides subject‑matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
Minimum Education High School / GED
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/education; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office.
US citizen with ability to maintain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
1+ years of related experience.
Familiarity with cost and schedule management tools such as EVM.
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build partnerships across functional teams.
Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvements.
Secret clearance.
Security Clearance Statement Requires a government security clearance. Must be a US citizen.
