Billing Analyst
Looking to add a
Billing Analyst
to support their billing and data operations. This role is ideal for someone who’s very strong in
Excel , enjoys working with large data sets, and can spot issues before they become problems.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing and validating billing data, supporting monthly billing cycles, and maintaining accuracy across multiple systems. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key in this role.
What they’re looking for
Advanced Excel skills (lookups, formulas, macros; VBA a plus)
Experience analyzing and validating billing or financial data
Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle deadlines
Professional communication and customer‑facing skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Background
2–3 years in a professional office or billing/finance environment
Experience with databases or ERP systems is a plus
Open to overtime when needed
