Assistant Manager – Crestbrook Apartments (Burleson, TX)
We are looking for a full‑time Assistant Manager to help maintain our properties. This role requires a detail‑oriented self‑starter committed to delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting the Property Manager. Pay Range and Benefits
Competitive wage of $20–$23 per hour, plus shared renewal commission Medical, dental, and vision with employer premium contributions 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off that increases with tenure, sick time, and paid holidays Employee rent concession available after 90 days Responsibilities
Complete lease agreements and collect application fees, security deposits, and rent payments Ensure all model apartments and ready units are in immaculate condition Understand and enforce lease terms, community policies, fair housing laws, and standards Gain extensive knowledge of property amenities, rental rates, unit sizes, etc. Post notices and reminders as needed and walk apartments to assess damages Properly maintain all resident files and participate in the renewal process Provide excellent customer service and reliable support to residents Qualifications
Ability to maintain a regular schedule, including evenings, weekends, and non‑traditional holidays Physical ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and perform routine activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, carrying, and standing for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Write routine reports and correspondence Communicate effectively with prospective and current residents, co‑workers, and vendors Calculate discounts, interest, prorations, and percentages accurately Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, problem‑solving orientation, and career‑oriented mindset Work Schedule
