Client Success Agent – National Debt Relief
National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking a Client Success Agent to deliver compassionate, data‑driven voice support to clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. You will guide clients through complex financial challenges, provide solution‑focused communication, and help them take control of their financial future.
Shift Schedule
Monday – Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Responsibilities
Utilize Salesforce to log client interactions and resolve inquiries.
Handle high‑pressure conversations with empathy, confidence, and subject‑matter expertise.
Document client discussions precisely and concisely.
Present settlement proposals for client approval.
Guide clients through next steps toward financial goals.
Escalate complex issues to leadership and relevant departments.
Assist clients facing creditors pursuing legal action.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of customer‑service or relationship‑based support experience.
Experience in finance or banking a plus.
Strong empathy, active listening, and de‑escalation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and multi‑system navigation.
Excellent organizational and detail orientation.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving proficiency.
Professional, confident demeanor in stressful situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Soft Skills & Role Proficiencies
High‑performance mindset and self‑management.
Fast‑paced, high‑volume workflow competence.
Clear explanation of debt‑settlement program details.
Accurate record‑keeping in Salesforce.
Exceptional multi‑tasking and system navigation.
Effective de‑escalation of stressors.
Opening and handling of constructive feedback.
Professional composure during challenging conversations.
Availability for full‑time work; overtime eligible for non‑exempt classification.
Compensation Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The posted range for this position is $20/hour plus performance‑based bonuses.
