We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Neuroscience team as an Assistant Nurse Manager. This is a full‑time nights position. As an ANM, you will provide leadership and direct patient care as needed. Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Med/Surg/Progressive with unit/area operations. Work closely with direct care personnel to ensure delivery of quality patient‑care. Facilitate patient throughput. Takes a lead role in implementing changes. Support and coach unit personnel in development. Takes a direct patient‑care assignment as needed. Staffing and scheduling of unit personnel. Qualifications
Education Required Associate's Degree – Nursing Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree – Nursing Experience 3‑5 Years Medical Surgical Experience Leadership Experience Telemetry Experience Charge Nurse Experience License and Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required Licensed Registered Nurse – Required This position is designated as requiring a Level II Background check.
