We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Digital Analyst with experience in Digital Media Buying. This position is responsible for both the technical trafficking and operational organization of omnichannel media campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven professional who will execute foundational ad operations tasks that ensure flawless delivery while managing day‑to‑day campaign optimization across paid social, search, and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution

Create, maintain, and troubleshoot tagging and trafficking via Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Set up and QA campaigns in platforms, ensuring accurate implementation of assets, tags, and targeting.

Ensure strict QA for setups: precise UTM tagging, impression/click tracking, conversion pixel implementation, and policy adherence.

Proactively troubleshoot ad delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, and technical errors.

Collaborate with the Digital, Account Services, Billing, and Project Management teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Generate, manage, and track insertion orders (IOs) for media buys.

Process internal orders and coordinate with finance for accurate billing and reconciliation.

Maintain actualizations of media spend across all platforms and tactics to assist in monthly media reconciliation.

Digital Media Buying/Management

Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, and other platforms.

Build audiences using first‑ and third‑party data for precise targeting, segmentation, and retargeting.

Monitor pacing, assist with budget oversight, and optimize performance for efficient media spend with client KPIs at front of mind.

Populate reports and ensure accuracy to aid in seamless client‑facing data presentation and insights.

Maintain strong vendor relationships to stay current on new features and best practices.

Qualifications

B.A./B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred (optional).

3+ years in a hybrid digital media buying and ad operations role, or significant experience in either.

Proficient in UTM parameterization and other tracking methods.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication for internal, client, and vendor collaboration.

Exceptional attention to detail for technical accuracy and quality assurance.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns.

Deep experience in at least one platform per tactic listed below:

Platforms

Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)

SEM (Google Ads)

Programmatic (The Trade Desk, DV360, or StackAdapt)

Additional Experience

Experience with data analytics platforms, including but not limited to:

Strong grasp of ad serving technologies (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Ad Manager) and tag management systems.

B2B and/or B2C CPG client experience is highly desirable.
