Customer Service Representative – Contract Role Location: Overland Park, KS (onsite) | First Shift | $16-$18/hr We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for a contract assignment with a well-known professional services organization. It’s a professional office environment, first shift, with clear success criteria and structured responsibilities. This role focuses on supporting customers through clear communication, problem solving, and accurate follow-through. No sales quotas or outbound cold calling. What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats Resolve questions and issues using documented processes Provide accurate information and keep track of key details Share trends or concerns with internal teams when improvement is needed Learn the products, tools, and systems so you can support people effectively What Helps You Succeed
Comfortable communicating on the phone and over email Prior call center or high-volume customer service experience Strong attention to detail and organization Able to navigate Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Reliable, consistent, and committed to quality work Requirements
