Program Assistant – Merakey
We are seeking a Program Assistant in our Hammond, LA location to perform administrative functions related to client records. The position pays $15.96 per hour.
Responsibilities
Manage a spreadsheet to track expiration/completion of chart documents.
Submit records requests as needed.
Answer a multi‑line phone system.
Complete quality call backs and client satisfaction surveys.
Open and close client records and appropriately store records.
