As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each customer receives an amazing Tillys experience. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, hire, train, and develop a strong team of Associates, ensure smooth execution of store operations, create a great store environment, and so much more.
