TCS Interactive is seeking a hands‑on Generative AI Evangelist to join our newly launched design studio in New York City. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy, bringing together AI, design thinking, and marketing innovation to redefine how brands engage with customers.
Responsibilities
Architect AI‑native creative processes, lead design‑led workshops, and prototype innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI for marketing and experience transformation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including designers, developers, strategists, business leaders, and internal/external clients—to conceive, design, and implement AI‑native workflows and experiences.
Support clients in reimagining how they work and transform studio and TCS Interactive operations.
Manage client‑facing engagements, discuss AI architecture, and conduct design‑thinking workshops with CMOs, creative directors, and tech/innovation leads.
Qualifications
7–12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital experience design, ideally within creative agencies or innovation studios.
Hands‑on expertise in applying Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Audio/Video generation tools and APIs) to marketing and creative use cases and workflows.
Strong understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and agentic design for creative and marketing contexts.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams—designers, developers, strategists—in developing AI‑driven prototypes and solutions.
Familiarity with design thinking, creative strategy, and rapid prototyping methodologies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive and client audiences.
Full‑time, based in New York City, willing to work onsite at the TCS Interactive Design Studio.

Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
