OPERATIONS - CITY MANAGER

NSA Storage . Location: South Carolina. Salary: $20-$22 Per Hour. Must live within 25 miles of a store in the market.
Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, goal‑focused, customer‑oriented team member for the role of multi‑unit City Manager. As a City Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall management of multiple self‑storage facilities, typically 3–5 locations.
Supervise several team members and guarantee customers receive the best customer service in the industry.
Ensure new‑hire training and ongoing employee training compliance.
Ensure all facilities and employees adhere to company standards and procedures, and all properties meet their financial goals.
Audit stores to verify bank records accuracy and policy compliance.
Conduct quarterly auctions and ensure compliance with current state lien laws.
Review and monitor maintenance at facilities.
Recruit for open positions.
Coach, develop, and mentor staff when needed.
Position Requirements
Management experience leading a staff of employees.
Excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking skills.
Multi‑unit property management experience preferred.
Sales and marketing experience.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Accurate filing and record‑keeping.
Cash handling experience.
Mid‑level math skills for auditing purposes.
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance; able to fly and travel up to 80% of the duties.
Some light physical activity required; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
May be required to be outside during inclement weather.
Work Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; may be on call on Saturday and Sunday.
Must live within 25 miles of the market area or be open to relocating within 25 miles.
Must have home internet.
