Role Description We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Dover, DE. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, software, and hardware systems. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance and updates, coordinating printer and peripheral support, and ensuring optimal workstation performance. You will collaborate with team members, document incidents, and provide proactive solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desktop Support
Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Experience with Printer Support and peripheral device maintenance
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site environment
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic networking is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous
