Own or contribute significantly to product roadmaps, manage and prioritize the backlog, and facilitate decision-making to enable successful product delivery.* **Business Results:** Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, monitoring key performance indicators such as sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to ensure products meet or exceed goals.* **Coaching & Mentoring:** Support onboarding, training, and coaching of product analysts and cross-functional Agile teams, providing feedback and recognition to foster individual and team development.* **Product Release Coordination:** Coordinate with other product owners and team members to plan strategic, complementary release schedules and identify necessary operational changes. Help define reusable solutions and shared components for broader adoption.* Demonstrated Product Ownership experience* Professional experience developing products in Financial Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Advice* Familiarity with Agile frameworksPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.

Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
