As the Principal at Sage Alliance, you will lead a private special education school with purpose, compassion, and clarity, building a safe therapeutic learning community where students, educators, and clinicians grow together in support of each learner’s potential.

What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in education with an active principal's license

Deep knowledge of special education populations and therapeutic school settings

Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary educational teams

Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills

Commitment to ethical leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Do

Lead and nurture a safe, respectful, and therapeutic learning community

Collaborate with educational and clinical leaders to design and implement school programs

Oversee instructional quality, IEP implementation, and staff performance

Guide staff and student development through coaching, evaluation, and reflection

Manage school operations including budgeting, discipline, and community partnerships
