We are currently seeking an experienced

CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (COTA) . Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In‑house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.

Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working.

Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
