Dietary Manager
to lead our Food & Nutrition Services department. This is a confidential search for a professional who takes pride in quality, compliance, and creating meals that truly make a difference in residents’ lives.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all dietary operations, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory
Ensure safe, timely, and appealing meals tailored to resident care plans
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and full regulatory compliance
Supervise, train, schedule, and develop dietary staff
Monitor regular and therapeutic diets, including textures and liquids
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and QAPI initiatives
Drive cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality service
What We’re Looking For
Certified Dietary Manager & Food Service Manager (or equivalent national certification)
Associate’s degree or higher in food service management, hospitality, or related field
Minimum
2 years of foodservice management experience
Prior experience in
healthcare or skilled nursing foodservice preferred
Meets all
State and national regulatory requirements
