About Diamond Dental Lab Diamond Dental Lab is a growing, relationship‑driven dental laboratory built on high‑quality craftsmanship, modern digital workflows, and strong partnerships with dentists. As we expand, we are launching a Removable Department and are seeking the right technician to help build it from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role—it’s a foundational leadership opportunity with long‑term upside.
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Lab Technician – Removable (Analog & Digital) to help establish, develop, and grow our Removable Department. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and excited about shaping workflows, systems, and culture in a growing lab.
You will play a key role in:
Designing removable workflows
Producing high‑quality prosthetics
Helping scale a new service line with strong demand
Participating in profit sharing tied directly to department performance
Key Responsibilities Department Build & Leadership
Help design and implement removable workflows (analog & digital)
Assist in selecting materials, equipment, and digital processes
Contribute to pricing, turnaround standards, and quality benchmarks
Collaborate with leadership on scaling the department responsibly
Analog / Traditional Responsibilities
Wax‑ups, tooth setups, processing, finishing, and polishing
Fabrication of full and partial dentures, bite splints, and removables
Repairs, relines, and adjustments with precision and care
Digital Responsibilities
Manage digital portals and IOS cases
Design removable prosthetics using CAD software
Support 3D printing and digital production workflows
Help integrate digital efficiency without sacrificing quality
Collaboration & Quality
Communicate directly with dentists and internal team members
Maintain high quality, esthetics, and consistency
Support training and future team expansion as volume grows
Qualifications Required
Proven experience fabricating removable prosthetics (dentures, partials)
Strong analog skill set with openness to digital workflows
Solid understanding of dental lab terminology and procedures
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Strong communication and team leadership mindset
Preferred
Experience launching or scaling a removable department
CAD/CAM or 3D printing experience
Entrepreneurial or growth‑minded mentality
