Responsibilities Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non‑industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.
Required Qualifications
PA‑C designation (NCCPA)
Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substance required
Current AZ license or eligibility
ACLS/BLS required
Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or orthopedics preferred; new grads considered
Mentorship available
Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required
Ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests a plus or obtain training within 6 months of employment
Work schedule: M‑F | 7:00a‑4:00p | Call 1:4
