About the Role You will work as a Physical Therapist on a travel assignment in Washington, IN (47501). The role requires helping patients improve mobility and manage pain through movement‑based treatments. You will support patients with technical skill and warmth, collaborating with a team that prioritizes patient care, teamwork, and staff support.
Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients to improve mobility and manage pain.
Assess patients’ physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
Document progress and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Provide patient education on exercise, positioning, and home care.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with valid state credentials.
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Experience with adult and/or pediatric patients is preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
