How You'll Contribute
Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients.
Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care for patients with advanced wounds, learns the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assists with the healing process.
Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
Documents patient care given.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What We're Looking For
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience, wound care.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
BCLS required.
