As our Nurse Supervisor you will partner with the Cardiovascular Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, provide leadership to clinical staff and ensure high quality, patient centered care. You will independently manage workflow, staffing, regulatory compliance and resource utilization while fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role includes direct clinical responsibilities such as assessment, care planning, coordination of complex patients and patient/family education with a strong emphasis on critical thinking and pediatric cardiology expertise. They are also responsible for staff recruitment, development, evaluation and ongoing education to support departmental goals and organizational standards. Salary Range: $128,500.00 - $298,100.00 Annually Qualifications

Please ensure your resume and application clearly specify the unit(s) you have worked on along with any charge nursing and leadership experience as part of your work experience. BSN - required MSN - preferred Current California RN license - required ACLS, BLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - required At least 3 years of pediatric cardiology or cardiac surgery RN experience - required At least 2 years of Charge Nurse or Leadership experience - required At least 1 year of Ambulatory clinic experience - preferred Knowledge of pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery patient population Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions toward the attainment of established goals and to recognize the need to reassess or reset goal parameters Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire UCLA Health welcomes all individuals, without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disabilities, and we proudly look to each person’s unique achievements and experiences to further set us apart.
