Wage Wage: $20.00/hour
(The rate of pay and pay scale provided for this position are based on title and geographical location) Full range scale: $20.00-$22.30

Job Description
Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care.
Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
Implement positive behavior supports and de-escalate challenging behaviors when needed.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be 18+ years or older
1 year of previous caregiving experience (Preferred)
Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
