As an Account Executive in Denver, CO, you will sell new business, manage and grow a portfolio of CoStar clients, and guide them through the full sales cycle. This consultative role requires building lasting relationships, representing the brand at events, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Sell new business: Identify and pursue opportunities, promoting CoStar products to commercial real‑estate professionals. Account Management: Expand and satisfy your current portfolio, delivering tailored solutions. Develop industry expertise: Become the #1 commercial real‑estate brand in your territory. End‑to‑end sales process: Prospect, demonstrate, close, onboard, train, and renew clients. Build relationships: Conduct in‑person meetings and product demos with brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other stakeholders. Brand Ambassador: Represent CoStar at events and maintain a professional network. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person institution. Track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in client management and post‑sale activities. Current, valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record/abstract. Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of B2B outside sales in data, research, analytics, commercial real‑estate, or related platforms. Strong consultative selling skills and rapport building. Interest in the commercial real‑estate market and willingness to master CoStar’s product suite. Strong portfolio management and revenue‑growth experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, and customer‑satisfaction focus. Results‑driven mindset with market knowledge. Ideal Traits
