Ada, MI What we’re looking for: We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on creative design & production manager to manage and grow our in‑house creative and production studio. This role will shape and ensure the delivery of high‑quality visual, design, content, and production work that aligns with business goals and brand strategy. The manager will oversee both the creative concepting/design side and the end‑to‑end production pipeline, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at an exceptional level of creative execution. The manager will lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary creative & production studio team: designers, art directors, copywriters, video/photography producers, production & post‑production staff. Establish, maintain, and optimize creative and production workflows, processes, and best practices that increase efficiency without sacrificing creativity or quality. Work closely with internal clients (marketing and other business requestors) to understand business needs and translate them from creative briefs into creative design and production plans. Prioritize projects effectively against capacity, deadlines, and strategic importance. In this position, you can expect occasional travel and flexible scheduling to collaborate with global teams across time zones. Required Qualifications: 8 years of experience in creative, design and/or production within a large, matrixed organization Strong background in marketing creative technology ecosystems & AI platforms Proven ability to lead global teams and cross‑functional initiatives, aligning strategy, process, and execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Skills to Be Successful in the Role: Strong collaboration and partnership mindset to align priorities across Marketing, Technology, and Markets Deep understanding of Creative & Design & Production AI Tools including experience integrating them into marketing workflows Proven success leading teams across the Creative to production process with both in‑house and agency resource models A data‑informed mindset with the ability to translate operational metrics into business insights Comfort leading in ambiguity and driving structure in evolving environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling abilities Amway does not provide immigration‑related sponsorship for this role.
