Your work will directly impact Fiskars’ growth ambitions and strengthen our leadership in key categories. 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, future offering, or innovation roles — preferably within consumer goods. Strong financial acumen with experience building business cases and managing P&L-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
