Role Summary:
The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees all nursing services and clinical operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care. This full-time, exempt leadership role supervises a dynamic clinical team and manages patient care for outpatient surgeries, including Orthopedics, Plastics, Pain and General procedures across 2 operating rooms.
Hours:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
What You’ll do:
Lead and manage nursing and clinical teams.
Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supply management.
Collaborate with physicians and administration to support center goals.
Serve as administrative leader in the Administrator’s absence.
What You’ll bring:
Active RN license with BLS, and ACLS certifications.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of nursing leadership, preferably in outpatient surgery.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
