Staff Accountant
to support multi-unit operations across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. We are proud of our culture and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working closely with restaurant operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This position is
in-office
and
will be relocating to our home office in Somerset, Wisconsin . Candidates must be comfortable with this transition. Pay & Benefits

Manage accounts payable and cash disbursements Handle accounts receivable processes Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules Oversee inventory accounting and controls Coordinate payroll with a third-party provider Assist with and complete the month-end close Communicate regularly with restaurant operations and leadership Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of
5 years of accounting experience , including AP, AR, reconciliations, and inventory Proficiency with accounting software and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams Experience with
Restaurant365 preferred Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience preferred Work Location
In-office position Current office in Vadnais Heights Relocating to Somerset, WI (home office)
