Staff Software Engineer
to provide technical leadership across our client-side architecture and user experience. This role is not defined by ticket execution alone. The Staff Engineer drives frontend system design, UI architecture, and cross-team technical direction, while remaining fluent enough in backend systems to influence end-to-end solutions. You will design and evolve the frontend platform, establish patterns used across teams, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver scalable, maintainable user experiences. You will still write production code, but your impact is measured by the leverage and clarity you provide to other engineers, not just individual features shipped. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fully remote, agile environment using Angular, TypeScript, modern state management patterns, REST/GraphQL APIs, and AWS-backed services.
