Job Title – Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (fully onsite)
Salary Range: $70 - $79/hr
5-month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget
Introduction We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs that support critical business initiatives. This role will primarily be responsible for translating business strategy and financial requirements into clear IT scope, integrated plans, and on-time execution across GTM, Finance, FP&A, RevOps, Data, and Engineering teams. The Program Manager will drive day-to-day program execution, manage dependencies and risks, establish strong governance and executive-level communication, and ensure system, data, and reporting readiness for business-critical launches and fiscal transitions, serving as the primary point of accountability for delivery and cross-team coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of related experience
Core Program Management:
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional IT programs end-to-end, including
planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
against fixed fiscal and business deadlines.
Business & Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of
fiscal year transitions, Sales Plays, and FP&A planning cycles, with the ability to translate business strategy and financial requirements into clear IT scope and execution plans.
Technology & Platform Acumen:
Experience with SFDC programs and coordinating changes across CRM, finance systems, and data/reporting platforms to support GTM and financial use cases.
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrated capability to lead SteerCo and OpCo forums, resolve cross-functional dependencies, drive decisions, and communicate clearly with senior business and IT stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional IT programs with fixed business deadlines, coordinating across GTM, Finance, FP&A, RevOps, Data, and Engineering teams.
Translate business objectives into clear IT scope, integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence.
Drive day-to-day execution, issue resolution, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Establish and maintain strong governance, including status reporting, dependency tracking, and executive-ready updates.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams.
Coordinate system, data, and reporting readiness to support business-critical launches and transitions.
Proactively identify downstream impacts and integration points across CRM, finance, data, and reporting platforms.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery, escalation, and cross-team coordination.
