As Attorney Manager – Plaintiff Trial Team Leader, you will oversee and develop a team of trial attorneys while remaining actively involved in litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned trial lawyer who enjoys mentoring others, driving performance, and shaping case strategy while still practicing law at a high level. Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor a team of

4–6 trial or litigation attorneys , along with support staff Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution Provide hands-on guidance with

trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations Ensure consistent quality, accountability, and performance across the team Manage workflow, staffing, and day-to-day case operations Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards Serve as a visible litigation leader while developing the next generation of firm leadership Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active Texas Bar license (required) 5+ personal injury jury trials , including first-chair experience Deep knowledge of Texas personal injury law and litigation practice Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Prior management or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required Requirements: TX Bar license 5+ years of personal injury trial experience Willingness to work in-office Relocation support available Why You’ll Love Working Here
