Install, calibrate, and commission robotic systems and peripheral equipment on the production floor. Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on industrial robots to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues within robotic cells. Execute repairs and replace faulty components, including servos, motors, sensors, and wiring. Program and re-program robot paths, logic, and sequences for new products or process improvements. Conduct performance testing and make adjustments to optimize robot cycle times and accuracy. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and calibration activities. Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering technology. 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and robot controllers. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including reading schematics and using diagnostic tools. Demonstrated understanding and application of industrial safety protocols, including LOTO procedures. Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi). Experience with industrial vision systems for robot guidance or inspection. Basic proficiency in CAD software for interpreting mechanical drawings or cell layouts. Understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET). Why Pivot Group
