Nurse Practitioner Tallahassee FL – Urgently Hiring
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Tallahassee FL. We are a highly reputable, growing multidisciplinary team that believes in providing high quality care and helping others improve their quality of life. We are seeking a like‑minded nurse practitioner to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support to a wide variety of patients and work in a friendly, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys focusing on getting the best outcome for the patients, and is a team player willing to work with a multidisciplinary team and is bilingual (Spanish/English).

Our team is a group of dedicated professionals that are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care for more than 17 years. We treat a variety of conditions to include acute and chronic injuries, personal injury and TBIs.
Duties:
Combination of telehealth and in‑office patient visits
Patient exam/evaluation – HPI, physical exam, medical history, review pertinent information/records/imaging
Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs, and testing
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Referral to other providers as indicated
Documentation – timely and accurate
Patient education – as to the diagnosis, treatment plan options and pre/post care instructions
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Nurse Practitioner license in FL
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Must be willing to travel to our clinic locations around the area
Schedule:
Full time (4 days per week)
Salary:
Up to $125k plus additional bonuses
