Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, assess patient status, and respond to rhythm changes with clinical judgment and speed. Administer medications per order, manage IV lines and telemetry equipment, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff. Participate in care planning, discharge preparation, and patient education with careful documentation.
