Salary:

Pay range $24.90 - $26.89

Actual salary offered is determined by the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and other factors, including internal equity and university funding resources.

Location: Point Loma Campus and other campus locations as needed**Job Status:**Full time\*\*\***Job Description:****What We’re Looking For*** Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and follow through on projects* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills* Experience supporting or coordinating academic programs or student services* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong campus relationships* Commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing student satisfaction* Ability to coordinate and support event logistics and planning* Strong attention to detail and quality control in administrative processes* Familiarity with or interest in supporting student clubs and leadership groups* Passion for working in a faith-based academic environment**What You’ll Be Doing*** Supporting both TUG students and faculty with advising, registration waitlists, textbook coordination, and administrative needs* Assisting faculty with professional development reimbursements and exam grading support* Overseeing student worker hiring, timesheet approvals, and coordination with faculty* Managing TUG syllabi compliance, FSB room scheduling, and facility maintenance requests* Updating and managing social media platforms and digital content* Assisting with budget tracking and data collection for program assessment* Coordinating logistics for events such as Welcome Week, FSB chapels, and graduation receptions* Supporting faculty development activities and recognition programs* Providing administrative support at the front desk, with meetings, communications, and travel arrangements* Facilitating interdepartmental communication and representing FSB with professionalism and care**Qualifications*** Two years of administrative experience, including core competencies in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Undergraduate degree required.* Excellent writing and communications skills. Ability to compose correspondence using correct English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, format and etiquette.* Demonstrated skill in working with diverse populations.* A positive attitude and professional work ethic. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Team player.* Accuracy and a strong attention to detail.* Ability to multitask and work in an environment of frequent interruptions.* Ability to work proactively. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work through projects until completion, providing feedback and communication with Assistant Director and Associate Dean as appropriate.* Social media skills preferred.* Graphic design skills a plus.* Understanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of the university.* Ability to travel between multiple educational sites.* Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement.
