We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with cross‑functional technical teams, product teams and operations teams, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Invent and Simplify, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast‑moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross‑functional teams within Amazon and technical teams. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert for your assigned program

Define value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross‑functional teams

Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomes

Own and support global cross‑team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi‑task based on severity level and strong business judgement

Deep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams

Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps and is not afraid to get their hands dirty and deliver short‑term scrappy solutions

Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced and highly ambiguous work environment

About the Team The Publishing and Quality Program team within Prime Video Global Operations is responsible for delivering On‑Time and In‑Quality content experiences for customers. We work with Product, Tech, Business, and our operations teams across India, Spain, Costa Rica, and Japan to build scaled solutions and processes to directly improve the customer experience with Prime Video.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of Supply Chain, Product Management, Program Management experience

Experience owning end‑to‑end programs to drive results

Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‑technical leaders

Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem‑solving abilities

Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional experience

Experience with end‑to‑end ownership of major project deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, and MySQL

Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication

Master's degree

8+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations

Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
