What you’ll do

Own and achieve annual revenue goals for your territory, managing partner sales teams as though they were SAP resources.

Drive partner pipeline and revenue closure, leveraging digital hub services and partner demand generation plans.

Coach partners on generating demand, managing pipeline, forecasting, and building recovery plans.

Enable partners to drive business, renewals, upsells, and consumption at the territory level.

Engage with Partner Manager on sales planning to align partner business plans and facilitate operational support.

Assist partners in consuming digital services and customer success activities throughout the sales cycle.

Report on sales progress, identify deviations, and work with the Partner Manager to deliver defined revenue goals.

What you bring

Profound knowledge in one or several cloud solution areas, especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales (Territory/Channel Sales).

Experience in multi‑channel go‑to‑market models and solution selling with partners.

Industry expertise and business‑level English.

Local market knowledge and understanding of SME/Volume territory business.

Ability to create and deliver on strategic plans and manage partner resource utilization.

Compensation Transparency Targeted combined range for this position is 115,200 – 274,600 USD. The actual amount offered will be within that range, dependent on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other selection factors.
