Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Overview Health and Beauty associate are focused on taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
