Description Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient’s special physical or age‑related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual’s functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or

Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.

Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.

Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Location & Schedule Location: PHC Reeds Crossing‑Hillsboro, OR.

Schedule: Per‑Diem, Day shift.

Pay Range $44.67 - $69.35 per hour.
