What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll support the manufacturing of high‑quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more that serve industries like Automotive, Medical, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in a clean, climate‑controlled, well‑equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Get:
Weekly pay starting at $34‑$40/hr depending on experience + 10% shift premium and paid mealtime
$2,500 Signing Bonus for qualified candidates

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in operating 5 Axis Machining Centers — required
Strong programming skills — required
Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish
A Day in the Life:
Set up, program, and operate 5‑Axis Machining Centers
Review part specification and requirements.
Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment
Complete short‑run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
