Position Summary The Production Associate at supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting with the preparation, processing, packaging, and handling of products in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while maintaining ' standards for safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in production processes according to established procedures and work instructions
Operate basic production or packaging equipment as trained
Perform material handling duties, including loading, unloading, and moving product
Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues to supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and sanitation standards
Accurately complete production documentation as required
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support team members and production goals as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation
Basic math and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Work Environment
Manufacturing/warehouse setting
Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
