Responsibilities
Serve as a member of the site team implementing the Rite of Passage program.
Administer, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their caseload.
Report to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager, and/or Program Director as applicable by location.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or a related field.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Child Welfare and/or case management experience.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (THC not tested), physical, and TB test; ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule
Two Shifts: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.
Hours are based on program needs with one work-from-home day.
Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the program.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $25.93 per hour
$3,000 Sign on Bonus
Medical, Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance within 90 days
401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment
Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues
