Position Overview Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN, Night Shifts. Provide compassionate home care to patients in Plano and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Administer treatments and monitor vital signs during night shifts.
Document patient care electronically using Aveanna tablet.
Collaborate with operators, clinicians, and family to achieve clinical outcomes.
Adhere to all regulatory and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Texas (state transfer within 90 days if compact).
Current CPR certification (hands‑on).
TB skin test within last 12 months.
Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation.
