LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
clinicians to deliver teletherapy in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations—right from your home office. Location
Fully remote (must be licensed in California) Employment Type
W‑2 with full benefits

1099 contract Salary / Pay Range
W‑2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi‑weekly standardized payment) 1099: $70–$90 hourly (plus no‑show & late‑cancel pay) What You’ll Do
Deliver evidence‑based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform. Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners. Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers. Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development. Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak’s clinical offerings. Why You’ll Love Working Here
Flexible schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends (9 AM–5 PM) Full benefits (W‑2): Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, supervisor support Contract perks (1099): Low weekly caseload minimum (5 sessions), bilingual pay, cross‑license bonuses All‑inclusive platform: We handle billing, credentialing, scheduling—so you focus on care Supportive community: Peer consultation, a collaborative clinical network, equity‑focused culture License & Experience Requirements
