Who We Are Looking For EMDR trained or certified, or Trauma Certified Clinician with evening/weekend availability.
Responsibilities And Duties
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
Maintain a caseload of 27 client sessions per week.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill community gaps.
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Other duties as required to support the role.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Pennsylvania‑issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Experience working with couples and families.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
Timely completion and submission of documentation and other required records.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus).
Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
