$23,72/hr
to
$42,11/hr . In addition to base compensation, this position offers shift differentials, relocation assistance, location‑specific benefits, and other competitive incentives.

Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the clinical and other activities on the patient unit in order to provide quality patient care under the direction of the ER Director.
Establish goals and priorities in accordance with patient and staff needs and organizational objectives.
Provide service to patients throughout the life span, including children, adults and geriatric age groups.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes RNs, Nurse Externs, Paramedics, EMTs, MAs, CNAs, Phlebotomists, Pharmacists and Providers.
Qualifications
Current state Registered Nurse license.
Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
CCRN preferred.
Five years’ experience in an acute care facility preferred; three years of nursing leadership experience required.
