Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business needs.
Lead agile product management practices including backlog prioritisation and release planning.
Collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-value features.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively.
Support change planning, training, and benefit realisation activities.

A relevant tertiary qualification.
Proven experience in product ownership, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Understanding of rural communities and their challenges is a plus.
